Watford gets a 24 floor Storey High Rise Tower

Watford Borough Council granted permission to build the high rise with the same 24 floors as Grenfell tower.

Four years have passed since the tragic fire at Grenfell Tower and we now know there are safety risks within buildings as well, such as inadequate fire stopping systems. And fire engines that could not reach.

In May 2021, an application was made seeking an enlargement to the northern side of the lower ground to house the required sprinkling system, so that it can cover the whole site and not just black A as originally proposed.

Architectural materials: Brick and Aluminium Facades. Steel Balconies.  Composite PVC windows.
