High Fencing goes up during major new Expansion at Warner Bros Studio Leavesden. 

Update: A huge castle has appeared 

The 200 acre site lies immediately to the north of Watford just within the M25 and north of
Hunton Bridge M25 spur roundabout. The residential area of Leavesden is to the east, with Abbots Langley to the north and Watford to the south.

Leavesden Studios is one of the most important centres of the UK’s film industry.
They have been used for film making since the mid 1990s and from 2000 by Warner Bros. for the Harry Potter series of films, amongst others.

Large-scale productions such as Mission: Impossible, Harry Potter, Wonder Woman, Kingsman, Spider-Man: Far From Home and many more including Matt Reeves’ upcoming film The Batman.

The Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them sequel, which stars Eddie Redmayne and Jude Law, has been filming at Warner Bros Studios during 2020 and is expected to be out in 2022.

In 2016 a Hybrid Application for full planning permission for sound stages, workshops, post production facility and extension to the Studio Tour car park together with outline planning permission (matters reserved: appearance and landscaping) for extension to the Studio Tour, workshops, production support building, Studio parking deck, Studio cafe extension, Studio support facilities and associated works.

Because of protected species wildlife laws, the WB notice is to reassure any nature activists.
For birds, the removal of trees & shrubs should be avoided during the breeding season (March to September inclusive).

The field may have wild grass or similar.   So far we are unaware of any trees or woodland being destroyed.  This was an existing empty field.
